For bank transfers within Europe you need to complete the payment at least 5 working days before the journey. Once we receive your payment we will send you the booking voucher by e-mail.

How can I get an invoice?

We can provide you with an invoice if required. Please send an email with all your details to info@liontransfer.com and our Accounts Department will prepare it and send it to you by email.

How can I pay for my booking?

You can choose either to make a prepayment of the total amount (100%) or you can pay only a small deposit (20%) to ensure your booking. Of course you can choose to pay the amount of your transfer directly to the driver in cash. Complete your booking on our website and select your preferred payment method at the end of the booking process. Once you have made your booking we will send your booking voucher by email and you're ready to go! We accept all widely used payment methods including PayPal, credit card (American Express, MasterCard/Diners International, Visa), debit card (Visa/Delta, Visa/Electron) and bank transfer. * If you need to pay with American Express you must contact with us first because the only way to do it is pay to our driver on spot with your credit card. IMPORTANT: For bank transfers, we need at least 5 working days before the transfer for European customers and 10 working days for Non-European customers. Do you charge extra for debit or credit card payments?

No. There is no additional charge for paying by debit or credit card. We can also accept bank transfers and PayPal payments.

Which cards do you accept?

We accept Visa, Mastercard and American Express credit cards, and most affiliated payment (debit) cards.

How do I get a receipt?

Once you've completed your booking payment, a receipt will be sent along with your booking voucher to the email address you provided during the booking process.
If you need an invoice, please send us your request specifying your billing details by email to info@suntransfers.com and our accounts department will send it to you.


How safe is it to use my credit/debit card on your website?

We operate our website with an SSL certificate to ensure safe encryption of your details. For your peace of mind we will not store any of your credit card details.

How do I know my card and personal details are safe?

All booking pages that require you to enter personal information are secured using 256 bit SSL encryption. Payments are made at the end of the booking process when you are redirected to the secure payment page of our bank, 'Eurobank'. As we do not store any credit card details on our system we will not be able to access any details at any time.

How do I request a refund?

In case the reservation is cancelled 24 hours before the scheduled transfer the whole sum of money is returned to the customer at the same way that the payment was done. The customer is charged with the costs of the bank. Some times the refund procedure may take 5-7 business days to appear to your bank account (depends on the bank).
